This is a rat rod 57 Chevy Nomad. The inspiration came from a real car in a rat rod
magazine. There are a lot of changes to the stock body. The roof is chopped in the back.
I had to make my own curved windows for the back out of thin clear plastic sheets.
I put huge dragster slicks in the back and cut out the body fenders in order for them to fit.
I removed the front fenders to expose the engine, which is a blown Ford Cobra 427. I decided
to put a Ford engine in a Chevy, since most people put Chevy engines in Fords. The air scoop
was formed out of the two front fenders, sliced in half and glued together. The exhaust is
made from a thick plastic tube.
