Asian Grilled Chicken


Spoon on some of my Asian hot sauce to chicken tenders and grill. This makes a tasty dish with a kick.

Buffalo Chicken Burrito


This puts a kick in your burrito.
First, coat your chicken strips in your favorite Wing sauce.
Next, grill the chicken.
Place a flour tortilla in a frying pan on medium heat and add:
cooked onions, black beans, Mexican rice and Mexican cheese.
Flip the burrito over and it's ready to eat.

Chicken Quesadilla


This is a great dish for your left-overs.
Place a flour tortilla in a frying pan on medium heat and add:
cooked onions, black beans, Mexican rice, diced tomatoes and Mexican cheese.
After it's cooked a couple of minutes, place another torilla on top and flip it over.

Chicken Fajita


First, fry up some diced chicken in corn oil, with some chili powder and cumin sprinkled in.
Place a flour tortilla in the oven on broil until the tortilla heats up.
Place the torilla on a plate and add cooked onions and Mexican cheese.
Roll it up and enjoy.

Fried Buffalo Chicken


If you like fried chicken with a kick, this dish is for you.
Pour some Buffalo wing sauce in one plate and corn flake crumbs in another.
Dip the chicken in the wing sauce, then into the corn flake crumbs.
Fry in corn oil.

Chicken Broccoli Pasta


This dish is as good as you'll get in an Italian restaurant.
First, cook some diced chicken in sesame oil with 4 tablespoons of minced garlic.
Next, add 1 can of broccoli cheese soup and 1 can of milk.
Add 2 cups of broccoli flourettes and let simmer for 30 minutes.
Pour this sauce over some cooked pasta and sprinkle on some parmesan cheese.

Chicken with Peanut Hot Sauce


Pour this sauce over some grilled chicken:
In a bowl, put 1/4 cup of creamy peanut butter,
2 teaspoons of soy sauce,
1 teaspoon of my Asian Hot Sauce,
and 1 tablespoon of water.
Mix until blended.
