Main Course - Fish

Tuna Melt


Mix a can of tuna with mayo (I prefer Chicken of the Sea).
Cut some french bread in half and spread on the tuna.
Place in the toaster until bread starts to crisp.
Remove bread and place either cheddar or American cheese on top.
Put back in toaster and cook until cheese is melted.


Cheddar is on left, American cheese on right.

Cajun Salmon


I sprinkle on Cajun's Choice Blackened Season to both sides of the salmon and grill.

Parmesan Broiled Salmon


Coat the salmon with egg, flour and parmesan cheese and broil in the oven.

Buffalo Salmon


Dip the salmon in Buffalo wing sauce, bread crumbs and parmesan cheese.
Fry in a pan with olive oil.

Asian Salmon


Coat the salmon with soy sauce and my Asian hot sauce and grill.
